    How long will my order take?
    All products will be dispatched within 4 business days, For products with customisation please allow up to 7 business working days for products to be dispatched. If, However,  this cannot be achieved we will contact you via email.

    Do you include invoices/prices/billing information?
    We DO NOT include any invoices/prices/billing information when we send out your items. 

    Do you offer worldwide shipping?
    Yes, we do. Our international deliveries are via Australian Post. If you are struggling with checking out internationally, please get in touch via email at info@hulm.com.au, and we will assist you further.

     Do you have a store or showroom I can visit?
    At the moment, we do not have a showroom or store. We do have pop-up markets from time to time, but we will disclose that on our website and socials.

    I received a shipping confirmation but my parcel didn't arrive
    Please contact Australia Post at 13 76 78 and quote your tracking number.
    If Australia Post cannot locate your parcel,please contact us via email at info@hulm.com.au, and we can lodge an inquiry for you.

    How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping costs will be calculated on the checkout page.

    Which courier do you use?
    For all products purchased domestically or internationally, we use our main courier, Australian Post.

    I need my order quicker! is there anything that can be done?
    If you send an email to info@Hulm.au prior to purchasing your order, we will endeavour to get your order sent to you by the date you request. However, this is subject to change due to stock issues and Australian post-delivery. 

    Will i be informed of changes to my order status?
    As soon as an order is placed, we will send you an email to confirm. Upon dispatch, we will keep you informed by email. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk email folder or contact us via info@Hulm.com.au

    Can i amend my order for personalised/customisable good after it has been places? We understand that sometimes errors can be made in purchasing personalised/customisable items. We offer a 24 hour grace period where you can amend your personalised/customisable item free of charge. Please email info@Hulm.com.au with the subject as AMENDMENT. After this period, we cannot amend the order.

    I would like a refund. what is the process?
    We hope that you always enjoy your product. Our personalised/customisable products are ineligible for a refund. All other products can be returned providing the item meets our return policy.
